COVID-19 Response (Updated 3/19)

To our loyal customers,

With the health crisis that our country is currently facing, we as a company wanted to extend our best wishes to all affected by this pandemic.

The health and safety of our employees and our customers is our top priority.

We believe that it is crucial to do our part in helping to reduce the spread of COVID-19. We are following the guidance and best practices for businesses suggested by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and practicing social distancing.

In the wake of COVID-19, your White Star Machinery locations will continue to remain open 7:30am to 5:00pm Monday thru Friday until it is necessary to do otherwise.

We please ask any customers that feel sick or have family members who are ill to refrain from visiting stores.

Our parts, service, rental, sales and credit departments can all still be reached by phone or email.

We are starting a curbside pickup option at our stores. If possible please contact your store ahead of time to place your order and pay. We’ll run your parts/supplies to your vehicle when you arrive.
