I operate a full service heavy equipment shop and parts store. We use White Star as one of our trusted tractor parts suppliers. I went to White Star to order parts for a diesel engine I am overhauling. Their parts guy was gone on vacation and Chris Berry was filling in for him. Despite the phones making Chris way too busy, he found my engine immediately, took my list of parts I provided, and ordered the entire list. He invoiced everything, gave me the parts he had in stock, and got me on my way, all in just a few minutes. He knew what I needed as I explained my overhaul and even made suggestions for parts that I might also need. He is very professional and knows his stuff. The rest of the staff was helpful and were obviously doing their part to keep Chris sane during a really busy morning. I also stopped in the office to take care of resale tax paperwork while I was there and was met with kind and very helpful people. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience with the kind of people I wish I could find for my business. Five plus stars for sure.
